Walking lunges 3×12/side 17.5lbs
1/2 kneeling push/pull 3×5 30lbs
Hill run incline 5.0:
Walk .25miles @ 3.5mph
Run .25 miles @ 6.3mph
For 2 miles. Time: 26:45
